Rotary Youth Leadership Awards
 

One of the most rewarding opportunities available to Rotarians is that of working closely with the youth of their community. As civic and business leaders, Rotarians serve as role models, living out the Rotary slogan, "Every Rotarian an example to youth." Helping young people develop those qualities of leadership and civic responsibility is a primary objective of Rotary's work with youth.

The Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) program encourages and recognizes the leadership abilities of teenagers and young adults through specially designed training workshops and camps.
